Finally revealed, the Carrabba’s Razzamatini
For years I have been searching for the top secret recipe for the Carrabba’s Razzamatini. Then, one night while enjoying one, I decided to ask. Without even blinking, they told me! Here is the world (OK, well Cincinnati at least) famous Carrabba’s Razzamatini recipe. Make sure you use top shelf vodka, as the taste makes a tremendous difference in this cocktail.
- 2 oz Raspberry Vodka
- 1/2 oz Chambord
- oz Sour Mix
- oz cran-raspberry juice
Combine all in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, pour and enjoy! Garnish with a plump fresh raspberry! I don’t think I can top the food at Carrabba’s though!
